I believe our guides are always reaching out to us. They are always reminding us that we are loved, supported, and never walking through this life alone.

Maybe you've learned not to trust the things you can't explain.

But what if those nudges were never asking you to believe... only to listen?

A Spirit Guide Session is simply a space to do exactly that.

To slow down.

To listen.

To discover who walks beside you, why they are with you, and what they have been trying to show you.

Sometimes what comes through feels deeply familiar. Like something you've always known but could never quite put into words. Other times, it's completely unexpected, offering a perspective, message, or piece of guidance you never saw coming.

About Me

I've been doing Spirit Guide Sessions for more than ten years, and they are still one of my favorite things to do.

Along the way, I've earned a master's degree in counseling, became a certified life coach, and spent years doing crisis work. Those experiences have taught me a lot about people, pain, and healing.

But this work is different.

It is something that came naturally to me years ago and completely changed my life.

Since then, I've had the privilege of sharing meaningful messages from the spirit guides who step forward during each session.

Every session is different, but each one is an opportunity to receive the guidance that's meant for you.

How It Works

All sessions are remote so that you can have your session from anywhere. Once you book, you'll answer a few simple questions so I can get a better understanding of what's happening in your life and what brought you here.
I'll spend time with your questions before your session, allowing space for guidance and insights to begin unfolding before we meet..
I'll share the messages, symbols, and insights I receive throughout your session. Some people experience this as communication with their guides. Others experience it as intuition, loved ones, or simply a deeper knowing. Every session is different because every person is different.
You'll receive a complete audio recording of your session along with a personalized PDF, so you can revisit the messages, insights, and symbols whenever you want.
After you've had time to go through your recording and PDF, you're welcome to reach out with one follow-up question.
