Ceremonies for the Moments That Change Us

After experiencing several losses in a short period of time, I started asking questions that few people seemed willing to talk about. Not just how grief hurts, but how it changes us.

That search led me to ceremony. Ancient practices that gave grief somewhere to go, that gave loss the weight it deserved, and that gave me a way back to myself.

Sometimes we don't need more advice. We need to be witnessed. We need a way to honor what has happened and who we are becoming because of it.

What We Do

Person in a white sweater sitting on a bed lighting candles with matches, with a small dish of matches nearby and soft beige blankets in the background.

Washing Ceremony

A healing ceremony that helps wash away sadness, grief, anxiety, and the burdens we carry.

A lit candle in a clear, ribbed glass holder sits on a wooden surface. In the background, there is a white dish and a few wooden sticks, with a soft, blurred background.

Personalized Healing Ceremony

Personalized ceremonies for grief, healing, transition, and remembrance.

A fluffy light-colored puppy with floppy ears and a bone-shaped tag on its collar, sitting on a bed in a bright, minimal bedroom with neatly folded towels, a stack of white linens, a white wicker basket, and a white wall with a window.

Pet Healing Sessions

Gentle healing and insight for the animals we love.

“Sophia is a kind, cheerful and understanding person, which makes very easy to share with her any doubt or worry that you may have. How many times have you began a sentence saying “You’re gonna think that I’m crazy, but...” when you share your concerns with other people? This doesn’t happen at any time with Sophia, everything flows easy with her, and she is very warm and has a great sense of humor. Many things about me that I didn’t understand before now make total sense. She has been a great help and I won’t hesitate to ask her for guidance again”

The Book Nobody Wrote About Grief. Until Now.

Because sometimes grief feels less like sadness and more like waking up in a life you don't recognize.
