welcome
i’ve always been fascinated by the things we can’t quite explain.
the signs. the patterns. the strange little coincidences that feel like more than coincidence. the moments that make you stop and wonder if life is trying to tell you something.
and the part almost no one talks about: the sign is rarely the whole story. it's usually pointing at something in you.
i created this work for people who wonder about those things too.
my mission
I want to help people trust what they feel, understand what’s showing up in their lives, face the parts of themselves they were taught to hide, and believe more is possible for them.

UNDERSTAND THE SIGNS
Make sense of the signs, synchronicities, numbers, dreams, and moments that keep getting your attention.
CHANGE WHAT YOU BELIEVE
Explore the beliefs and patterns shaping what you expect from life, especially when what you want feels far away.
TRUST YOURSELF
Stop second-guessing every feeling or coincidence and get better at recognizing what actually means something to you.
MEET YOUR SHADOW
Look at the parts of you that you were taught to push down. The anger, the wanting, the things you swallowed to keep the peace. They're not your enemy. They're information.
about sophia
Long before I wrote my first book, I spent years helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
With a master's degree in counseling, a life coaching certification, and years of working in crisis response, I supported people through grief, trauma, loss, and life-changing transitions.
Those experiences taught me that when everything familiar falls away, people aren't just looking for answers. They're looking for something they can hold onto.
Then life handed me questions no amount of education could answer.
After experiencing multiple personal losses in a short period of time, I found myself searching for something deeper. Not another opinion. Not another theory. Something that helped me make sense of what I was living through.
That search led me to years of intuitive development and a deeper understanding of the signs, dreams, and intuition that quietly shape our lives.
And somewhere in that search, I found the part most spiritual work skips.
Signs don't only show up for what's happening around you. They show up for what you've been carrying. The things you swallowed. The things you wanted and never said. The parts of yourself you were taught to push down to be polite, to be good, to keep the peace.
A psychologist named Carl Jung called that the shadow. When you stop running from it, a sign that felt random starts to make sense. That's why I don't stop at what a sign means. I ask why it came when it did, and what it's asking you to look at.
Today, everything I create is shaped by both worlds.
The professional training that showed me how people heal, grow, and find hope after life's hardest moments. And the intuitive work that taught me life is often speaking long before we know how to recognize it.
Both worlds taught me the same thing. What we hide doesn't disappear. It waits.
Whether you discover me through a book, a personal session, or simply by finding your way here, my hope is always the same.
That you leave seeing your life a little differently.
That you begin recognizing the signs that have been quietly appearing in your life all along.
That you trust yourself a little more than you did before you arrived.
That you stop swallowing what you came here to say.
Because sometimes the smallest sign is all it takes to change the direction of your life.
