You Don't Need Thicker Skin.
You Need to Understand How You're Wired.
These books are for you if …
YOU FEEL EVERYTHING:
Other people’s moods, the energy in a room, a passing comment, something you saw three days ago. Things don’t always just roll off you.
YOU’RE NOT ALWAYS SURE WHAT’S YOURS: You can walk into a room feeling perfectly fine and leave carrying a feeling you didn’t arrive with. You want to understand why that happens and get better at separating what you feel from what you absorb.
YOU WANT TO BE AN EMPATH WITHOUT ABSORBING EVERYTHING: You don’t want to become less sensitive or stop caring. You want to understand this part of yourself and learn how to move through the world without taking all of it home with you.
For years, I thought I was just “too sensitive.” I felt everything deeply, picked up on other people’s moods, and carried things that weren’t always mine to carry. Once I understood what it meant to be an empath, so much of my life finally made sense. Then came the harder part: learning how to feel deeply without absorbing everything around me. So I wrote two books about it. :)
about the author
I wrote these books because realizing you’re an empath can explain so much about yourself, but that’s only the beginning. You Are an Empath helps you understand how your sensitivity actually works. How Not to Absorb Everything helps you live with it without carrying everyone and everything around with you. Together, they’re about understanding this part of yourself and learning how to make it work for you.

“The most grounded accessible energy clearing book I have seen yet. Good read, I read it in just a few hours and will be using it all the time.”

“I figured this would be another 'clear your energy with crystals and sage' type of thing, which is not bad but this book surprised me. It's not about fixing yourself, it's about learning how to stay with yourself- even when things feel crazy. It's very simple but it hits pretty deep.”
